its got a flex as outgoing, no earth.
if it is DI it has no markings the earth is sw live
if it is DI it has no markings the earth is sw live
I'd go with the two statements above

Actually, it is an isolator for an immersion heater!
The old set-up was a sink/bath arrangement. There was a 2G DP switch downstairs, feeding the TP iso upstairs, the cpc in the flex being used as a switched live with no earth connection to the heater.
But then the tank got changed for one with a single heater.
Unfortunately, the wiring was not altered & the new heater was wired up using the green/yellow as a cpc. When energised, the switch got Napoleonised....
