True-cut circular saw guide

Is anyone using this saw guide?

Or at www.tclproducts.co.uk

I wondered if it was any good for site work, as it looks a bit plasticy. Check out the cogs in the underside view from the tcl site

I looks like it would save time/effort lugging a mitre saw up the scaffold to cut compound and normal rafter cuts

So you're not into using a sliding bevel and a Disston, then? I reckon it would be as awkward to drag that and a saw up as drag a chop saw

Jack is the new Disston.

But the thought of hand cutting all those cuts makes my elbow twitch
