Trump includes NHS in trade deal.

The problem is NHS staff refuse to obtain the details due to their socialist beliefs, that moneys is not important

That's it, blame the staff.

When will you realise that the problem is the government? Nobody else is to blame. It's their organisation. They screwed it up. They want to sell it off. Only them.

Why does the NHS treat foreigners for free?
Why does the NHS overpay for drugs?
Why does the NHS hunt down whistle blowers? but ignore the problem highlighted.
Why does the NHS arrange appointments with patients, without consulting them beforehand

Just some of the reasons why this cosy cartel needs breaking up and real management installed. And americans are the best organisers and managers I've ever met.

Stop talking lies you troll. If that was the case why do they spend twice as much as us for the same outcomes.

Plenty of private companies provide services to the NHS why would US firms be excluded? British drug and health companies have access to the US market.

False premise, US companies already provide some services but what they are asking for is changing the model.

You seem to push the private medical insurance model without much idea how it works in practice on scale.

No - I see no reason that the NHS model (funded by tax, free at the point of delivery) would be damaged by working with organisations that are used to a system funded by insurance and paid for by insurance at the point of delivery. NHS still consider economics when looking at treatment plans just like insurance funded treatment models. What we don't want is a corrupt model where supply and demand cross the line to manipulate the market. Fortunately that is also illegal.

If it can be shown that a properly funded public health system can out perform a more expensive American style private health system why on earth would anyone want to change it.

Exactly. Dogma by those who think they and there friends could make lots of money out of privatising it.

You post crap and dont back it up. I have explained private vs public in another thread today go have a read.

So yeah if you post rubbish your going to be called out on it.

Why are you socialists so angry and aggressive? Is it because you know your ideals and beliefs are built on quicksand and cannot withstand any scrutiny? So your only defence is anger and aggression because you think it frightens people and stops the discussion. News for you mate, the discussions and laughter continue behind your back.

That's good it's long overdue for many many changes, get rid of the unions for a start.

I didn't completely understand that, but I think you're saying you know how it works. Then why don't you explain how it works?

Perhaps daft Donner thinks Matt Hankock and Dominic Raab are angry and aggressive socialists for reacting to Trumps lies suggestions.

The current health secretary, Matt Hancock, tweeted: "Dear Mr President. The NHS isn't on the table in trade talks - and never will be. Not on my watch."

Dominic Raab said the NHS "is not for sale" and "never would be if I was prime minister",
