Absolutely,

A cantilever bracket will need a more substantial fixings.

For a tilt bracket holding 8kg, 4 snap toggles should plenty enough

Or 2, since 2 have already hit suds

Well it's up I forgot to update the thread just used 3 coach bolts into the middle of the stud and all's been well so far lol
