It'll be filled by tanker truck, pipes don't make sense at that scale.

Odd, that. I worked with two Ukrainians last year. They both spoke Russian. One came from Donetz. He's gone back to fight, for Ukraine, against the Russians. And a Ukrainian lady who my missus knows from her sewing circle and comes from Odessa speaks Russian, too. And then there's that Jewish nazi, Zelensky - he speaks Russian, too!
