Unable to access Belkin website through IE7

Do you mean set the DHCP start address to 192.168.0.2, end to say 192.168.0.250, then set the NAS to 192.168.0.254?
Is it worth trying a bootable version of linux and the firefox browser?

Edit: Just tried with Ubuntu Linux and firefox browser on the laptop with a bootable CD, still can't access www.belkin.com, can see google and DIYnot.com OK with it though.
