Unknown Connector - help please?

I need to disconnect a bathroom ceiling light - removing the single brown, yellow, blue with black casing - , but I've never come across a connector like this one. I thought it might be a case of lifting each of the tabs, but I just can't figure out how to release these three leads. Could someone please advise?

I think you need to push a small screwdriver into the hole and it releases the catch the you pull the wire out.

If you mean the other side you just push it down.

No you don't.
The black flex is part of the light, so is that connector. It will be going away with the old light.

The wires to remove are those on the other side.
The new light will be supplied with a connector.

We see many on here which don't.

Lights with no connector are non-compliant junk, probably direct imports from far away.

In any event, that existing connector is not intended to be reused for the light fitting side.

We dont know why he wants to disconnect it, maybe he wants it gone to decorate then he will put it back up? Who knows.....

Thanks, guys. Reason for needing downlight disconnect / reconnect: replacing ceiling plasterboard in bathroom. Don't need to replace them as they are working fine - it's the plasterboard that's broken.
The other two downlights are 12v, easy to disconnect and reconnect. This one appears to be 240v connected with this thing. ChatGPT has found it by the picture (BEDE OJ-831), and tells me: "This connector is designed for quick and easy installation without the need for tools, ensuring efficient wiring solutions'.
