Vaillant turbo max 24E

I have a Vaillant turbo max 24E which is about 6 years old & breaks down every 6 months, can anyone help,
I have a combi mate fitted to help stop scaling allegedly.

I have had the full system flushed 2 in the last 2 years, and serviced every year, but then keeps breaking down, I was with British gas, & had a service contract with them.
In the end they refused to put any more parts on the boiler until we had the full system flushed again at a cost of £450.00, so I cancelled & have now been with out hot water & heating for over one month can any one help?

The British Gas people say that they give a lifetime guarantee on a system when they have power flushed it.

Presumably you got someone cheaper in to do it?

Do you know which chemicals he used?

sure the flushing cures the problem,. i had one of those boilers for 4 years, had to have 2 diverter valves, quite a commen problem with them i believe

strange i bought one of the first ones on sale here and it's had a diaphram since then
