vauxhall Meriva window prob

I have a vauxhall Meriva 57 reg,the front passenger window is intermittent will work sometimes then just stop either open or closed,from both switch positions.I've checked fuses & all ok,Garage say its possibly a module..but where is the module,garage also quote about £200 for repair & testing.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

check for broken/frayed wires in the rubber door gaitor,these are normally tight and break.do check carefully as the outer sleeve may be intact but the wire inside may be broken.
