Veritas R8 zone disablement?

I hope so but as its a little more complex than what you have done so far you may find it difficult but hopefully not.

However if you do struggle then to resolve it would need that info to help you.

I recommend you write it down how you want it to work in full set for each zone and part set.

and then think about how you walk round when the system is to be part set, I suspect the full set wont need changing, but the part set might.

I have never used part set always full set but then thats only while i am out of the house.

Im thinking part setting the garage on a night time

up to you what you have on in part set, for me I would have as much cover as I can and that's what I would advise.

if its just the garage, then you can omit all the other zones in menu 51.

This assumes that menus 21,22 and 23 are as the default values.
The other thing you will want to look at is how the part set works ie silent and whether you have just internals on or externals as well.

Thats interesting.

Just reading the internal sounders only on part set alarm.
