Viewing cctv on 4 monitors

Afternoon All, Ive Just bought an 8 channel dvr but it only has 1 monitor output onit, im wanting to view the dvr on 4 seperate monitors around the house, i no i could put an adapter on so it just splits the output to 4 but surely this will weaken the signal a huge amount. Is there anything i can buy to help me split onto 4 monitors...

what connections do the "4" monitors have on the back? phono, bnc etc?

They will be converted to phono from bnc

convert bnc to phono - then that phono lead to the above box - then you have 4 phono out puts for your monitors, to be displayed all at same time.

using the yellow phonos on the above item (ignore the audio jacks)

should be job done.

Use 4 cctv monitors and terminate with a 75 ohm resistor on the last one. (Wired in series, radial is a bit different).
Resistor can be incorporated into the last BNC termination.

Use RG59 as transmission cable and local power sources.

Job done.

yes i am, to phono FROM bnc, ie he has 1x bnc on his dvr, his 4 monitors do not have bncs.

ignore that, your right hes converting his monitor bncs to phonos, not his dvr outputs.
