Evening all.
Got a 2014 polo and the back brakes keep sticking on after I release the handbrake.
Had the shoes and drums checked, all o.k. shoes look virtually new.
Doesn't happen all the time, usually if it hasn't been used for more than a day.
Any suggestions ?

You may have to live with it to some degree but the shoes could benefit from the leading edges being chamfered and the inner drums polished with emery cloth. It's due to the metallic elements in the shoe material rusting to the drum surface, so gently sand the shoes too.
