warm air heating question....

hi all,

my house is heated by a johnson and starley warm air unit, this unit has a fan override to circulate air throughout the house which helps a lot in warm weather like this, but i'm thinking in theory it wouldn't be too difficult to add air conditioning to this system?
am i mad and not thinking of something obvious or would it work?

No it wont work, modern J&S units can do this but yours cant
