warm light or natural light downlights

Hi, I'm fitting downlights indoors - do some people fit natural light or is it always warm light indoors.

The flat is modern but not that modern - not all slick or anything.

It's purely down to your taste.

Personally I would fit warm white as it is a slightly yellower light like you get from a traditional light bulb.

Natural white can be a bit too blue and harsh IMO

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the Halers LED H2 downlights, if that is what is being referred to, are 84mm high and require a minimum of 50mm above that to comply with the manufacturers instructions.
