What’s the Best Way to Cover a Large Pipe Hole Around a Radiator?

I have two 10 mm plastic JG pipes coming out of a stud wall to connect directly to a radiator fitting. I’ve made the hole in the wall about 22 mm in diameter so the 10 mm pipes have room to move and I can make slight adjustments to line them up with the radiator without forcing them into place.

Originally I was going to make the opening much smaller, but I think that would reduce tolerance and make it harder to align the pipes. It might also leave the pipes too tight against the wall.

When I tile over this area, I’d also like to keep the hole slightly larger than the 10mm (maybe 22mm is too big) and then cover it with a decorative cap or trim piece that fills the gap neatly.

Does anyone have suggestions for what sort of product I could use to achieve that or any other ideas or suggestions?

Thanks
