What Grid system is this?

I'm planning to replace the 8 x 40w G9 halogen capsules with LEDs bulbs in the set of wall lights dimmed with this dimmer.

I am happy to let my local electrical place advise me on bulb choices and a compatible dimmer but I don't know what system this is. Any ideas?

OK - further dismantling reveals GBSD400 on the side of the module, which 'tinterweb tells me is a Nexus?

Are any of these systems interchangeable if, as I suspect from a brief search, Nexus don't do an LED dimmer module?

Doubtful that it will be interchangeable with other makes.

Try the existing dimmer with the LEDs - plenty of standard dimmers work perfectly well with them.
Conversely, there are certain overpriced dimmers with various mode settings designed specifcially for use with LEDs which don't work properly or at all.

Zano (formerly Richmond) make a range of grid dimmers with various plates to fit many makers of grid systems. They also do a LED dimmer

You'd need to ask them if they do a plate for the NEXUS system.
