Send it in as a suggestion. I'd guess that colour changing LEDs might be less visible in the very bright middle Eastern sun than the coloured plastic and that having the chair facing backwards would be less good because of motion sickness. Plus the question of steering. But with an EV it's unlikely to have the gearing issues of an ICE.
Then it can have the same sound forward or backward. Unless it switches quickly in which case people might not have noticed the changed colours.
