Today I started painting my fence panels. Horrible job. All I painted today was one panel and a gate (both sides). That’s enough, gotta pace myself and may do some more tomorrow. Talked my wife into cutting my hair. 6/10 could do better but I didn’t dare tell her that! Went outside with my saucepan and ladle at 8.00. Next week I’m going to play my harmonica which in turn will make my dog howl.

Yes, thats exactly what mine does - she's just joined in with that! Her favourite song is ‘ Piano man' by Billy Joel. Always sets her off if it comes on when we are in the car.

Apparently I have a good credit score lately. Probably because my wife has been in lockdown for a month.

Actually, my wife is working in a pharmacy handing medicines out to sick people, which at this time is quite a risky thing to be doing.
So I thought I'd help her out a bit.

I also disinfect everything she touches until I can disinfect her lol

Today i decided to restore my old makita impact driver, the magnetic hex bit snapped off flush with the chuck. That bit had lived in that driver most of it's life and seemed so at home it wouldn't drop out.
No bother i decided to remove the circlip and collar drop out the ball bearings and tap it out. Ha ha ha.
About an hour and 3 drill bits later and some swearing, the the shell of a piece of hex is wiggled out, talk about hang in there to the end what a w@nker.

I then carefully cleaned the collar and springs, oiled the shaft up, and refitted the springs and collar (proper job..)and then ping oh sh't the clip fired over my head into a pile of boxes and car parts. left if on bench went for a run instead!
