Been trying to make FaceTime and zoom calls on my old iPad Pro with no success - others can’t hear me. Turns out after all the ****ing around my microphone is buggered. Also, I keep getting messages that tell me my storage is nearly full. It’s four years old and 64Gb. Anyway, just ordered myself a new 256Gb 11” iPad Pro. Ordered it online from John Lewis as I can collect it tomorrow from Waitrose instead of waiting a week or more from Apple plus you get two years warranty from JL instead of 12 months from Apple.

When I was at college, during lunch we used to sneak into a pool hall in Croydon called "Hustlers". First time I'd seen a full size pool table, enormous compared to the ones you get in pubs.

I couldn't believe the size of the pockets on an American pool table, they're massive, too big really.
