Well, gammon slices is another one I guess! But if I did decide to do a 70s themed dinner, I'd buy a fresh pineapple.

Uncle Bens chilli-con-carne sauce. My mum always used that for chilli.

I used to love watching the coal lorry dispense coal when I was a lad. Used to stop just outside my house and I think a few pieces of coal were always left behind on the road. I'm assuming it was something like this (was in the 70s):

UP TO the 1950s, coal fires were for many, the only means of heating homes.
