I wake up around 06:30, but it takes me nearly an hour to get up at the moment. So, I get up at 07:30.
I find that my waking time is based mostly on the time the sun rises, and how clear the sky is. So, in the middle of summer on a clear day I usually wake up around 5-6am, but in the middle of winter it's hard to get up by 09:00 on some days!
I've noticed that my ability to sleep in diminishes year-on-year, so whereas I used to be able to sleep in until 1pm on a Saturday, I now find it hard to sleep past 10. If my relatives are anything to go by, when I hit 60 I will start waking up at 4am regardless.
