The neon thread(there are others). The guy could have been told how to do it.

However some may say "it was against building regs" others may have said "he will not be able to test correctly."

As i said i am sorry if my comments have offended.

I relise law/building regs says one thing, However the info is out there.

BTW Was not really complaining just passing comment. Think i have said my piece so will leave it at that. Thank you for replying.

That may have been true.
I feel confident in saying that he will not have the necessary testers.
Does this not matter?

It may be but it would be irresponsible to advisie people to break the law.
I expect instruction on how to kill people is 'out there'.
We do not make the laws but have to abide by them.

The guy could have been told how to do it.

He was.

He was told to do it via the correct method of actually learning how it worked, which he then went away and did, and came up with the solution.

Where the topic went off the rails was when he got bent out of shape and abusive because he didn't like being told that he didn't understand what he was fiddling with and should go away and actually learn how it worked.
