When did twin sockets come out?

i vaguely recall the loading screen saying (C) 1982 in it?

I remember mine often saying something like;
"Error loading data." :evil: :evil:

(Especially after you had spent 2 hours typing in a program from a magazine just to see a moving face! Aaaaaargh!)
 
I've seen old MK grid switches that must date to 70's at least, if not 60's.
Gridswitch and grid plus look very different.

Yes, I know! And GridPlus was not introduced until the 90's.

I had the pleasure of working with many prototypes of the Logic Plus range that MK asked me to assess.

What I'm saying is that the grid switches he saw may well date to the 70's / 80's.

Regarding noise bars on computer screens seen through TV studio cameras.

They'd just stick it through a time base corrector
or play with shutter settings

no need these days if not using CRT :D
