I think I'm going to need a new washing machine - I'm just waiting for confirmation that it's beyond ecconomical repair on my thread in the applicances question.

Is it OK to start a post in there asking for recomendations of what brand is good\bad and what model people might reccomend for me?

Just wanted to check as I didn't see any similar posts in there & thought it might not be allowed.
