Which backbox?

Looking to install a 6way MK Grid

Now what back box, a surface?

or flush?

It will be sunk in the wall, so obviously I need the back box smaller than the face plate (as with sockets etc) to cover the edge of the plaster. Both the above look suited to surface mounting to me!
Someone sure is to know the answer on here

You can see the edge of the flush box is nearer the screw holes and is therefore smaller.

Also, the surface has shaped areas on teh edge to receive the frame pieces. Probably the surface one will have a better finish.
