I have to drill through plasterboard to hang my pictures.
The plugs I have says i have to use 7mm drillbit. Only have a 6 and 8, no 7mm. What do I do now?
Also, do I use metal, masonry or wood drillbit?

Use the 6mm then push the plug in, if it's tight drill it out again gently.
You may be lucky to use the timber stud behind if the positioning of piture ie okay, you should hear the timber by tapping the plasterboard

if its only p/board, just use a 6mm. It will make the plug a better fit anyway as its in board.

And make sure you use the right types of plugs if this is hollow stud partition and heavy pictures
