Vinty has a good point, Once the population aren't happy with the leader they target with sanctions they invade if they can. Bomb the place to death and then make money by rebuilding it, UK then complains that they didn't get a fair share of the rebuilding work. Then it turns out they took one despot out and put another lot in. Tribal aspects are very difficult to sort out. We even have them here, England, Wales and Scotland. If it ever settles some one will start it up again. We're Brits to some and not Europeans.
