Whole new roof and beaMs/supports

Looking for some guidance, home buyers report on my existing house says whole new roof and timbers are rotten so all needs replacing within a year at most? Could anyone advise on costs two bed end of terrace built 1905. Current roof is small terracotta type tile
Thanks any advice would be helpful? Lady on my own, don't want to be ripped off?

Why not post pics of the roof from all sides?

Can you, or someone else, take roof timber pics in the loft?

Why not also scan the relevant text from the HB Report?
