Wireless Digital Thermostats and Mains power loss

I am planning to get a Heatmiser Wireless Digital Thermostat/Receiver (PRTHW-W and RC-1).
Does anyone know if after a mains power loss one has to reset up the wireless link between the Wireless Receiver and Wireless Thermostat.

A supplier said this is a general wireless issue they have experienced before.
