just bought range cooker maximum power usable simultaneusly 4.085kw

could i get away with fitting 13amp plug??

4kw = 17 amps.
You cannot use a 13A plug, this cooker will need it's own circuit.

Not a hope mate. At 230volts that works out as just short of 18amps.

You'll need a dedicated circuit for that baby. Hope you didn't buy it as it looked like a bargain?
