Hi dont have any manuals but pressure bar keeps going to zero or completely to other side into red.what do i do to correct it .Also any idea what settings controls should be at as gas bills very very high and gas co. said maybe settings not correct and water heating up too much which can cause my bills to be so high as we hardly use the heating.pls help.

simple - you have a leak!
find out if water is dripping from PRV pipe (the short one that goes outside)
are there any wet spots anywhere? feel round radiator valves, look under boiler etc.
when you have identified the source of leak then come back and we will try to help.
