I make a pretty good cuppa, so I am told by not-so-fussy folk. Medium everything, I even sniff it to make sure it smells 'just right'
(that's the secret folks, a good cup of rosy always smells good
)
If fussies know they like their tea a certain way they should speak up when ordering and let me know that they don't like XYZ, not just answer with an enthusiastic yes please when offered a cup then go on to moan about it's imperfections after it's been served, bloody fascists!
