sorry I was out till late last night and only just read your replys, Many thanks. What transpired yesterday was that the sparks talked to the customer and quite honestly wanted to go the B.A.S. route but gave him the other mentioned options. The customer was not keen on the rip out option.As it happens the building control guy was out to inspect other works on the main house and the customer showed him the dangling cables in the outbuilding he said in the circumstances he if it was his responsibility to pass would accept it if it was sleeved and noted,( god bless him ) hence late last night getting sparks back to 2nd fix and test and buying him some beers.
