how would you connect a glass washer in a pub its not 3 phase but the cable is to big a diameter for a plug top think its 4mm any suggestions what to use

Most pubs would have a metalclad 32amp double pole isolator, located by the unit.

so would it be ok to wire it off the ring main the app is 3800w if i put in a isolator
 
No, it needs to be on it's own radial circuit.
Best call an electrician in.

Although this is rapidly turning into a bash-the-OP thread, I think there's good reason for it. You have just admitted yourself to having a lack of confidence, and what you've said here doesn't exactly inspire a lot of confidence in you either, so perhaps that's a wake up call? If you're really serious about getting this glass washer wired in, you need to employ the services of an electrician.
