It is fairly obvious isn't it?
They will require an accurate representation of your proposed works. A before drawing and an after drawing. Legible and to scale.
All you need do is put yourself in their shoes. They are sat in an office waiting for drawings to come in, with absolutely no idea what your house looks like or what you intend doing with this house.
All they have to translate is a scale rule and a bit of imagination.
