Can you spot a quite serious fault with this pub installation? (I didn't!)

Sorry it's not the clearest photo

Don't quite know why but there's only two phases in use, and the phases come into the head in the wrong order, but it's all clearly marked up that this is the case. I'll put another clue up in a bit.

Is there something weird going on with the neutral block on the cutout? It looks like one of the two tails for the neutral is heading back into the meter, and the other doesn't. Is that by design?

I'm assuming it's TN-S with the connection behind that proteus cabinet.

Neutral is only used for a reference voltage in a meter so it doesn't need to pass through it. The only major issue I can make out is the use of proteus gear

Haha no it wasn't a guy in CEF! The most recent one was an installer who'd installed one and I said 'why have you used that piece of ****e?' and he said 'Proteus are good now' and you can imagine my response.

And RF, that's cheating! How are we supposed to see that?!

I can spot the fault, Rob. I'm surprised you didn't walk out immediately and call the union.

It's not Sam Smiths in those kegs....
