He's just reiterating what the more level-headed people among us have always known - that man-made climate change is a myth.
As for the IPCC, that's just a bunch of idiots who believe anything that's fed to them by so-called scientists.

By coincidence, there is an article in today's Times explaining that RWE, the German owner of Npower, is losing money on British plants;

"The loss arises from pollution taxes that are forcing the closure of old coal-fired plants. Big subsidies for renewable energy, meanwhile, have made even gas-burning plants, which are much cleaner than coal stations, loss-making."
The article continues;
" The hit will alarm Whitehall, which is increasingly worried about the lights going out....".
We are sleep-walking into a self-inflicted disaster, and all in the name of a stupid myth.

It's irrelevant whether its man made or not.
If it was proven either way man can't do anything about it anyway and fossil fuels will continue to dwindle, economies will decline and wars will be fought, taxes will rise etc.
And the burning brigade 50 years from now will still be screaming burn, burn, burn.

That much is true.
But fossil fuels won't dwindle - new reserves will be found and methods will be developed to extract them. Technology doesn't stand still - look at the fracking rvolution in America and how it has given cheaper gas.
how many millions have we spent on this climate change scare, the climate has been changing for all time and it gets warmer and follows with it getting colder. Figures also show that the amount of rain that falls stays pretty much the same year upon year, our problems this year are due to a slight shift towards the equator of the jet stream, which is moving upward again. This accounted for the phenomenal summer we had in 1976 and to a lesser extent in 75, here hoping for a big shift northwards this year.

To much money to be made in the climate change industry wind farms and all that crap, thats why the vested interests are not interested in the truth, climate change denial will soon be made a crime if the green fundamentalists get their way, some liberal democrat loon asked David Camoron to sack any minister in his government who "denies" Global Warming.
Well according to the WEC (World Energy Council) there's about 861 billion tons of coal left, equivalent to 109 years of global coal output in 2012.
And make no mistake these are no slouches when it comes to assessing coal reserves.
And we all know consumption is increasing so I would put that down as a dwindling supply.
Shale gas is not cheap, it’s certainly not clean and in geological terms it is a low-grade resource. Any country going down this route is also making a commitment to drill hundreds to thousands of new wells every year to keep the gas flowing.
The UK currently consumes about 8000 million cubic feet of gas per day and so to provide all of our gas needs from shale would require about 8000 wells.
An environmental disaster in other words!
A slight exaggeration, I think.
We are frequently told that there are x/y/z years of oil/gas/coal left to extract.
These are deposits which have scarcely been touched in the short time (200 years?) that man has been exploiting them. It is inconceivable that there will not be trillions of tons of fossil fuels left waiting to be discovered.
Granted that some may be uneconomic to extract now, but in years to come, new technologies will have been deveoped to make extraction worthwhile.
