Polite request

(I shall not bother to reply to DC's last comment above, other than to say it is clear to me that he's only here in an attempt to start arguments.)
You're entitled to your opinion.
However I purposely declined to comment all morning until a racist remark was made.
So who's starting the arguments?

Perhaps I ought to say, pack it up, I'll get the blame. ;)

You ready to revise your opinion of who's here to start arguments yet?

9 February: "Muslim Tolerance - Not Even in Death" (2) – No apparent reason for locking. (Last poster - Whitespirit)

Correction. Last poster - RNR. There's definitely a pattern forming here. ;)

Perhaps JBR really intended soemone to pick up his "illustration of pattern" despite his explicit "not wanting to point the finger" or whatever precise wording he used.

Read my comment about limited field of vision and obscured hoizons, and take note.

You're right, WS. But when I last looked, and posted my comments, his post (and others) hadn't been added. Needless to say, when your post was the last one, I had seen nothing that could be construed as offensive, other than the fact that another thread of the same name as the first had been started.

After all this recent trouble, I have at last realised that DC's sole raison d'etre is to wind people up and encourage argument. I shall certainly not fall into his trap again.

Interesting view.
Who started multiple posts about why threads/posts were deleted and locked?
Did you not expect a variety of responses?
Were we all supposed to agree with you?

DC's sole intention is wind people up and encourage racial tension.

Why call him DC?

DC's sole intention is wind people up and encourage racial tension.

Seriously - you're pointing the finger at other people for raising racial tension!

Given the subject lines of your recent threads that has to be the pot calling the kettle black.

There are a minority of posters who insist upon either repeatedly posting topics on the subject or turning innocuous threads onto the subject.

It's hardly surprising that a general discussion forum section reflects the current events of the day. Lets face it, The ROP do generate a lot of news both here and elsewhere - none of it could be called positive. So people will rightly want to discuss these stories and many will be justifiably worried about how these events may impact on them and their country. Many on here have strange allegiances and want to suppress the many negative aspects of their pet religion.

By your measure, the whole of the British media must be islamophobes. Without even trying, I can flick through last Saturday's Telegraph and find multiple negative stories about the ROP, one about an Islamic school here in The UK, funded by UK taxpayers, that had to be taken over by the local authority because the ROP who were running it had fraudulently diverted all of the public funds for the school's upkeep to Pakistan, leaving the school £3m in debt; another on the Rochdale ROP paedo cover-up involving 1400 white girls; another story about some muslim living here who was recruiting for ISIS, then other stories about the savagery in Syria and Iraq; another about the Jordanian pilot burned to death - and that's without really trying. Some nights, when I watch the evening news, it seems that most of it is taken up with the chaos, scandals and death caused by the ROP.

Or are you saying the media is islamophobic?

Very eloquent.

Noseall will reply with a sentence or two, might even go to a paragraph.

RNR has taken himself off, no doubt with his dictionary and thesaurus and will return tomorrow with a short novel in reply.
