I am not sure how much to trust it though,
I wouldn't trust it at all.
A few obvious problems:
Earthing arrangements - TN-C box is ticked.
All of the boxes in 'main protective conductors' have a mark in them - including gas, water, oil, structural steel, lightning conductors, other.
'Replace metal fittings & switches in property to reduce risks of shock' - why?
Protective devices listed as 60898, however OP states the 'consumer box looks pretty old' so doubtful it would be those. Perhaps it's Wylex plug in efforts, but they don't have a 6kA breaking capacity.
CPCs listed as 1.5 and 1.0, neither of which is applicable if conduit has been used.
Ref method C is not correct for conduit.
Sockets must be a ring given the protective device and cable size, yet no test results for ring continuity.
L-E insulation test not done - why?
Apparently a single RCD for both circuits, yet main switch is a 2 pole isolator?
