Other than the careless and obvious (maybe not to him) fact that his work is non compliant and dangerous.
That radiator may have plastic pipes feeding it or not be bonded through other means, which case he may end up creating a large live touchable object in the event of a line to earth fault at the socket.
At least if the worst happens, he will only have himself to blame!
For the drone thing, he claims that he films at 4K and then crops the video down to 1080P making it look closer than reality. Still unwise thing to do none the less.

It really, really, really is in the public interest for this guy to get another ***hole ripped by a court.
Absolutely not condoning what he has done. But in what way is it illegal?

What he did does not count as making reasonable provision for safety etc.
It's not some debatable, matter-of-opinion issue - a socket without an earth is without doubt illegal.
Given what he did with the cable it is fixed - being supplied via a plug is irrelevant. (BTW - he is using all of the plug, not just the top)
Large house, lots of expensive toys ( 3 segways ? ? ) could he be a sad kid spoilt by over rich parents ?
maybe he craves attention / affection that he doesn't get from his family.

I'd originally said it was in scope of Part P because I assumed he would have fixed that patress to a wall. Doesn't look like he has. Yet.
Large house,which the insurance company will not pay out for, when it's gutted by fire due to dodgy electrical work done by ' boy wonder'! And the evidence is all over internet….

Oh well, at least he didn't connect the little flex into the back of a socket like I found during a T+I last week, or connect it directly to the meter without over current protection. This work was carried out by a previous owner who was a BT engineer. 
The wiring in the outbuildings ranged from awful to bloody dangerous, and it was obvious the switches and lights had all come from 'phone boxes (or the BT stores!)
I'll also have to remember this lad when I'm struggling to find a cable route, I'll just use a smaller cable instead!

Ah yes. Thanks for the update BAS - I've been pondering this today! I'm happy with fixing the pattress to the building "the red line" (from a legality standpoint).

TT supply?
Yes TT, the earth connections to that armoured cable were made by twisting the conductor and a few armour strands around the cable to the earth electrode. 5M later the cable is jointed in a plastic box, the armour is not connected to earth after that point. The supply was originally correctly terminated at the house DB via a 32A MCB, and 100mA RCD and must have been re-routed at some point.
Most of the wiring is just wrong, the socket pictured has no earth connection, there are open holes on enclosures and unsupported cables.
Here a bathroom fan heater is connected directly to the electric shower cable via a 30a JB, I take it the shower cable was not cut to get it in the JB, I didn't open it to find out in case it all went everywhere.
It's not a clear photo, but there are flexes everywhere in the DB, the 32A mcb has a 4 gang extension lead wired directly to it.
