Imagine a country so stupid that it spend billions on a nuclear 'deterrent' that it can't use without overseas approval...

Imagine a company that buys/builds warships that can't operate in 'warmish water'...

Not to mention a country so stupid as to vote Brexit, that with the fall in the pound means extra billions wasted...
