I think in essence,the idea of a slap on the wrist for litter dropping etc,stop them getting the bus for a week etc,has some merit,rather than our system of doing nothing about most minor annoyances.Not a great big brother fan but litter,poor driving,inconsiderate people are reaching epic proportions in this country.

Sure,there probably will be an element of that to it,,but it does strike me as an alternative thought process and justice system..Political compliance,not sure what that is,or what form it would take,,Maybe its the old git in me that is so frustated with people not giving a sh..t anymore about others,or the environment,and they get away with it,,forever.. Litter,fly tipping,,parking wherever you like,,rudeness,,,it all matters!!!.
