Its killing me, Ive had good advise off a couple of regulars. Thank you both.

So this tread is all about giving each other good health tips rather than bashing each other around the head..

My advise is Yoga,I love it and it really has improved my health and mind. I think you should all try it.

it was not planned... Its been poping its head up and down for the last week or more. Im doing something wrong as now it is the worst Ive ever had.

I think your right..... we come on hear having a go at each other, not really knowing who is behind the keyboard... some may have meant health issues and are lonely.

Sometimes it is borderline bullying.

BTW, I've got a raging toothache. I think it's an abscess.
It came on Friday evening. Sod's law init?
I'm taking Amoxicillin. I usually keep some in reserve for just such cases.
And pain killers as and when.

a Time I had tooth ach I brought Neurofen tooth ach. at least I thought I did as I have never been able to find again. It was a Neurofen pain killer and it worked wonders
