I believe Johnson yesterday in PMQs cited a scientist re the 'cant make comparisons with other countries nor reach conclusions about how we are doing so far' -the scientist has since tweeted that he has been quoted out of context.

I heard a few scientists say "whilst its true we wont know the full picture until its over, but its fair to say the UK response has been carp"

I think its more about BHS than it is about the whole government. There will be a collective orgasm from the BHS when we finally leave at the end of this year. They (filly et al) will keep on moaning about Europe, Germany and the EU though.
