Street Party Madness

It is a knocking bet Notch and Gal would still have run him down. You just plucking ideas out of thin air with no idea what difference it would have made.
No, not thin air. The New Zealand prime minister has been praised highly over the world and her popularity in her own country has gone through the roof. People trust her now.
So no, not thin air at all, an opinion taken from watching someone else who has done so well handling the virus. Of course he would've been praised if he'd saved more lives, had PPE etc.

Some of you Whingers are stir crazy..Stricter police,,stricter rules...half population takin g no notice ,,,ffs people going mad already on here saying they too strict,,,,give over.
From what I've seen on the news and in person this weekend (and most other warm weekends and days) there's been plenty of people who've ignored the lockdown. Selfish ****s quite frankly. A few months out of their spoiled lives to save our vulnerable and help our NHS and they can't even do that. Nice to know the British people are so great in times of need (y)

With a great deal of luck.

South Korean president warning of "second wave ', after limited relaxation of lockdown.

Unless NZ completely shut off their country, any relaxation of lockdown will start more CV cases again.

IDIOTS planning to meet up for a bank holiday booze-up are convinced it is fine because COVID-19 will be having the weekend off.

Martin Bishop has invited mates round to enjoy some burgers and beers in the garden, safe in the knowledge that the coronavirus is having a rest.

Bishop said: “It’s going to be really hot this weekend so it would be daft not to have a cheeky barby while old COVID can’t hurt you.

“The way I see it is that with thousands of people dying every week from a contagious disease we need a few pints and a laugh with our mates more than ever.

“The government needs to sort out their priorities and get the pubs open ASAP. Everyone knows alcohol kills germs so people would be perfectly safe.

“A booze-up is just what the doctor ordered. Although when I say ‘doctor’ I mean ‘my mate Steve’ who’s into coronavirus conspiracy theories on Facebook.”

Earlier this week Bishop made several long shopping trips to buy cheap sausages, burgers and coleslaw, using the planned barbecue to protect him.

Isn't it amazing how many people who have enjoyed freedom of movement themselves want it now to be denied to others (n)

Have you ever emigrated to Australia ? It's not a booze cruise to Calais.... All sorts of hoops to jump through with your qualifications skills and a wad of money in your pocket. And not a sniff of a criminal record and references from accountable people.....

....... Not really free movement is it...

And stays strangely quiet about Germany.

No one knows yet but Bangladeshi, Indian Pakistan and African people are valuable with regards to the virus. More so than others from other backgrounds.
Now I don't know what you know about Germany and its migrant make up but non of the above are in any numbers close to the UK.

Nothing is black and white.

I will add for the record that
Angela has done a good job I have a lot of time for her. She's a good leader.

Middle of last week Trelisk hospital (Truro) had 16 covid patients, very low numbers in this part of the world still.

Cornwall is a better comparison with NZ.... Even then. It's not black and white...

This is how NZ and Aussie prime ministers have always run thier countrys. She would have been out on her ear if she had got this wrong...

Going through Australia from state to state. Once you get to a border you have to throw any fruit you have in a bin provided. They would consider a glorious oak tree a weed..

It's in their make up to protect their beautiful country's.

You can't compare NZ to the UK

How do you control that. How is this in Boris's control?

I'm not sure it would make a difference. Your more than likely live next door to a sheep than a human.

Even the poor have room to swing a cat... Without p¡ssing off the sheep.

Yes agreed But NZ is not the UK... The 10% bigger in area with a fraction of population. They have never tried to cram endless amounts of people on trains and buses. They don't live on top of each other. Life's about quality in NZ.

Are you suggesting someone is trying to cram people into London/New York/Paris but not into Wellington?
