How bad would no deal brexit" on top of the pandemic be?

The future's so bright I gotta wear shades

Especially now that Pritti is changing the asylum laws to deny asylum to the opportunist migrant leech that walks through several safe countries to reach the rainbow's end in blighty. And this includes those picked up in the channel (y)

Anyway, we'll see - but it definitely won't be boring.
that is true

I hope that covid and brexit together will lead to some form of social change -if we could ever see the end of FPTP and some form of PR that would change UK politics forever.

All we have in this country is a choice between Labour and Conservative and lets be honest, neither have been great -one side gets and changes everything, then the other side gets in and reverses it all.

ps are you still thinking of moving to Czech Republic?

That's real optimism. Tories have been promising to tackle immigration since Gordo left number 10. The figures continue to get higher.

There was a referendum and the will of the people was not to change.

Oh what you mean he left it beyond the allotted time and he did lots of smoke and mirrors
well he made out it was some great deal he did.....when it was an old EU deal that May turned down.

Johnson made promises about getting an EU deal that were never realistic, so he is boxed in.....either he has to compromise to get a deal or he has to allow no deal to happen and suffer the chaos.

even a deal will lead to lots of issues and no deal means the ERG will be happy and keep in leader for now -Johnsons decisions are all based on short term possible gain, nothing else.

It was one of the options I was exploring, but unfortunately have had to delay it for a while due to family reasons. Stuck in Blighty for a while longer. :(

:ROFLMAO: My Brother bought a camper and is now traveling the EU. He told me he can now only do 90 days EU then he has to come home for 90 Days. He planned on retiring there...

You shouldn't of voted brexit I told him :ROFLMAO:

It hardly matters how bad it gets, the government will spin it as a brilliant success. Many will believe it and trumpet the 'glory of the coming of the Lord'
Ardent Brxiteers have nailed their colours to the mast long ago, and can't be seen to be wavering now.

:) Sounds like one of two things may happen from the man's comments. Surely they were made too close together for people to forget.

1) An Australian deal - they don't really have one. Nice name for no deal really.

2) Don't worry if we don't get a deal we will in the next couple of months. Sounds like we are out and all over but ........... not in some fashion or the other. Maybe he will slap taxes on our imports from them. That would save many money as they probably wont want to buy them.

Things really had not been that good before covid. Brexit didn't help the £ and covid can only make a number of things worse. The main gain of the vaccine could well be people not finishing up in hospital and people still catching it and spreading it around.

They have negotiated a deal with a number of countries. One with Japan is a bit of a joke if they get free access here as they wont buy much of us. Maybe all deals are the same forget exports. Pass no info I am aware of is around.

Have you been heading the ball again?

I told him that he shouldn't have voted Brexit..:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: o we laughed.
