I love the part where the pest controller throws the mouse dropping back under the kitchen unit. But as a total layman who knows nothing about electrics I think even I can guess some of the comments which might be posted here.

Don't quite know how that berk can say 'it's needs a rewire' without even looking at the cables, or doing any kind of testing.

Nothing there to call 'ancient'.

That said, consumer is out-dated, not enough sockets, surface boxes everywhere, evidence of rodents.

That berk doesn't really justify why it 'needs' rewiring.
