Not at all. Some of his cabinet are equally guilty of contracts for the boys, etc.
But BJ should have been aware of it and stopped it. I'm sure his civil service advisers were aware of it and informed the PM. But he decided to ignore it.

Even TM would have done a better job. Although she would not be my first choice. As I said more or less anyone would have done a better job. To insist on me naming one is pointless, because, and I repeat, more or less anyone would have been better.
That applies for the Covid crisis, Brexit omnishambles, water cannons, bridges, weakening of UK, etc, etc.

You're forgetting that I said, the front-line workers, the researchers, et al did well despite BJ's bumbling, not because of it.

Deny BJ's bumbling omnishambles if you like, but the current situations would refute your denials.
