The irony

So how have you arrived to hate Austrians and the UK ? was it yer parents ? Yer up bringing
Your question is based on a false premise.
Are you still drinking yourself into a stupor?

did they display the same hatred for the UK and Austrians and I assume Germans ?
As my Father was injured in WW2, and my grandfather disabled in WW1, and my Mother was injured in the bombing, I can safely assume that they harboured some suspicion against Nazis.

were they members of the communist party ? With a Stalin or mao poster on the wall ?
UK didn't have a Stalin, nor a Mao party. So, No they weren't members of any of those parties.

Article 16 of the N. I. Protocol.
Ya Ejit, :D

When can it be used?

Article 16 provides both the UK and the EU with a unilateral power to take action should the application of the Protocol give rise to ‘serious economic, societal or environmental difficulties that are liable to persist, or to diversion of trade.’

I did ask you for your source. You haven't provided it.

Article 6, from NI Protocol
Nothing in this Protocol shall prevent the United Kingdom from ensuring unfettered market access for goods moving from Northern Ireland to other parts of the United Kingdom's internal market

Do you see the subtle difference in your version to the real version. The rest of your version is totally wrong.
The suspension of checks for goods going into NI, from UK are not covered in Article 6.
Article 6 only covers goods being exported from NI to UK.
Sorry, but your basis for supporting the illegal action of UK is invalid.
Access works both ways, the right to import as well as export without hinderance.

This EU is becoming a menace to democracy.
They are now dictating laws to countries that aren't even members of their evil empire.

The ragged trousered philanthropist.

It was written by some bloke named after something to do with painting and decorating.

I never expected you to accept the truth. For one who thrives on deceit and dishonesty, it's a forgone conclusion that you will refuse to believe the truth.

I don’t drink
And I don't hate Germans or Austrians.
Do you now understand how your question was based on a false premise?

UK had and has a communist party
I never said they didn't.
You obviously didn't read my response properly.
Either that or you failed to understand the words on the screen, and how they are formed to make a coherent sentence.

It’s the French who are causing this hassle with NI IMO
But your opinion is based on deceit and blatant lies, so it's not only of no value, it's dangerous and divisive, because your opinion is designed to overtly create division and promote hatred in society.
It appears to be your prime motivation for posting.

It refers to export from NI to UK. It does not refer to import to NI.
