Thanks, Johnson

Perhaps your experience gives you an insight into the pressure the hospitals were under.

It did give me an insight.

How silly some people are
How good some people are
How any amounts of money will not buy common sense.
The waste is incredible.

I went to a small department to to have my cells removed on a some big magical machine prio to having my transplant.

The ward manager was outstandingly obviously brilliant. Everything was clockwork.

I commented to a Phillpino nurse about him.
She said she is so happy on this ward because of him and his ways. The other wards worked in no way as good as this one that she had worked.

.she commented on the waste.

In the Philippines once they treated the wealthy they would ask that any medication left could go to the poor who could not afford private treatment. Here it gets chucked

I'm not sure what your point is. Are you attempting to lessen the efforts of the frontline NHS staff during this crisis or bolster the efforts of every one else?
Did you get the whole Thursday applause thing for the NHS staff? Did you think it wrong to reward their extraordinary efforts? Are you in effect saying front line NHS staff don't deserve ANY rewards for their extraordinary graft because bricklayers build the hospitals that they slave within?

If a surgeon battles to save my child for 12 hours straight, I don't ask him who made the rather robust operating couch, so that I can thank them too.

WTF?

The same bigots on here who turned a blind eye to all the billions in dodgy contracts and failing test & trace are up in arms about NHS staff thinking the 1% pay offer is derisory.

Where is all this sentiment of looking after our own?

All those self indulgent virtue signallers on here making threads about clapping for the NHS. Seems the only people they want to defend are billionaires and the billions in contracts.

Is that what a bigot is ?

She spoke to you about that?

Are you thick? So you have medicine which you need to record where it came from, batch etc. So if you want to use the medicine for other people or get more doses out of it - you best go back to the pharma companies and on top how will you record giving a medicine from a vial that you have recorded as used?

Stick to plumbing you bellend. Seriously its idiots like yourself that give plumbers a bad reputation.

We are talking about the Philippines and commonsense. That was the subject.
That's what she told me.

Some treatment is better than no treatment.

Give the thick foreigners some credit to make a judgement if patient A is suitable for Patient B's medicine that's would only be chucked out otherwise.

I'm a plumber I would never make those decisions but someone with knowledge would know where medicine could be stored and re-routed

There are legal issues you dumb a ss hat. You have no idea what common sense.

So if there is a medical issue, you as a patient were given a non standard dose which will be the responsibility of the carer.

Are you extra dumb today?

It says do not use this foam near flames and whose fault is it when you do? Some non flame retardant foam is better than none even next to flames.

Don't think it's clearly too much for you.

Let's paint you a picture ... I'm sitting having my sells taken out to freeze.
A talking about management common sense and waste.

She tell me about her 3rd world country... and the US health system that she worked in.

I'm saying we need to learn about how other country's do things. . What's right for the Philippines is not necessarily going to be right for the UK. But from what she told me that was the only way the poor would get expensive drugs.
Maybe there are law suits.... I don't know.
